You Belong Here

An affirmation of belonging and an acknowledgment of the histories that shape us.

At Neurodivergent Compass, inclusion is not an afterthought—it is at the heart of everything we do. All of our services, from therapy to coaching to courses, are designed as affirming spaces for people whose lives and identities have too often been misunderstood, dismissed, or marginalized.

We stand unapologetically with LGBTQIA+ communities, people of color, neurodivergent individuals, immigrants, refugees, and all who have been pushed to the margins. Your whole self is welcome here—your identity, your culture, your history, and your way of being.

We recognize that the land we live and work on was originally home to Indigenous peoples, and we honor their histories, cultures, and ongoing presence. We acknowledge the violence and dispossession that made our current lives possible, and we commit to moving in ways that respect and uplift Indigenous voices and sovereignty.

We also acknowledge the painful history of Black people who were enslaved and brought here against their will, whose labor and suffering built much of the world we inhabit today. We name this truth not as a formality, but because remembrance and justice must guide the work of building spaces of dignity and equity.

We do not just “accept” difference; we honor it, celebrate it, and recognize it as essential to the richness of our collective humanity. We are committed to using language and practices that affirm diverse identities and to continually learning, unlearning, and growing so that our spaces remain safe, respectful, and empowering.

Every service we offer is grounded in the belief that dignity, compassion, and equity are non-negotiable. Whether you join us for therapy, group sessions, or self-guided learning, you can expect to be seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are.
