Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual—especially when your brain doesn’t play by the so-called “rules.” That’s where these sessions come in. I bring both my professional background and my lived experience to the table, because honestly, my street cred is what really counts.

Together, we’ll break down the hard stuff, reframe what feels heavy, and find practical strategies that actually work for you. Our conversations are a blend of validation, acceptance, and grounded problem-solving, offered with a steady presence so you don’t have to hold it all alone.

When nothing else has worked—when strategies from books, therapy, or advice from well-meaning friends haven’t made things better—this is where individualized coaching comes in. These sessions are built for the moments when life feels heavier than you can carry, when demands keep outpacing abilities, and when you’re desperate for something that finally makes sense for you.

  • For parents: It’s incredibly challenging when your child’s needs don’t fit the usual parenting playbook. You’ve tried reward charts, discipline strategies, maybe even endless appointments—and still, the meltdowns or struggles keep coming. This space offers relief, understanding, and tools tailored to the child you actually have, not the one the world keeps telling you to raise. These sessions can include one or both parents. 

  • For partners: Relationships can bend under the weight of constant misunderstanding. Neurodivergent and neurotypical brains often clash in ways that leave both people feeling unseen and unheard. Coaching offers an olive branch—a bridge built from compassion, translation, and tools that help you connect instead of collide. These sessions are designed for one person in the partnership, if both partners are open to talking, Aligned Therapy is the perfect space for that, it’s a chance to explore the dynamics together, build understanding, and create a path forward that honors both people.

  • For yourself: Maybe you’re burnt out from masking, carrying more than your share, or just plain tired of being misunderstood and confused. Coaching is a place to set that burden down. Here, your experiences are valid, your exhaustion makes sense, and together we’ll carve out strategies that bring clarity and forward movement without pushing you past your limits.
