The Wired Differently Series: Yoga Edition

This workshop combines guided learning on neurodivergence with mindful yoga practice, creating a space where both brain and body feel supported, seen, and restored.

Depending on studio preference and location, this series can be offered in several formats:

  • Six weekly sessions for a paced, integrated approach,

  • A condensed two- or three-part series with sessions ranging from 2–4 hours each, or

  • A single immersive full-day workshop for those who prefer an all-in-one experience.

Each session blends accessible teachings from the Wired Differently framework with gentle yoga flow, grounding the learning through movement, breath, and deep rest. Every class closes with a Yoga Nidra nap—designed to restore the nervous system and invite deep balance. Together, this combination offers sustainable tools for resilience—part learning, part moving, part resting—all in an affirming, inclusive environment.

Part 1: Understanding Our Wiring – Building a Strong Foundation
Explore the core traits of ADHD and Autism, how they shape daily experience, and the power of new language to create compassion and clarity.

Part 2: Executive Functioning – Navigating Daily Life
Learn how executive functioning challenges show up in planning, organization, follow-through, and emotional regulation, and discover supportive approaches that work with, not against, your wiring.

Part 3: Emotional Regulation – Overwhelm, Meltdowns, Shutdown & Burnout
Understand the neurodivergent nervous system’s stress responses, how they shape our lived experience, and how insight can lead to practical strategies, supportive accommodations, and radical acceptance.

Part 4: Navigating Different Environments – Home, School & Work
Explore different settings and identify accommodations that allow both individuals and families to thrive.
