This work blends lived experience in ADHD and Autism with backgrounds in healthcare, leadership, facilitation, education, and policy development. Rather than focusing only on behavior or productivity, these trainings help organizations better understand the wired differently brain, communication, executive functioning, and relational experiences often impacting neurodivergent individuals behind the scenes.
