This five-part series is a gentle, eye-opening journey into understanding neurodivergence—ADHD, autism, and beyond—through the lens of lived experience. In each 1:1 session on Zoom, you’ll gain new language and insight to make sense of the traits, patterns, and challenges that shape daily life. We’ll explore not just the “what,” but the “why,” offering tools, validation, and strategies that honor your wiring rather than fight against it. Whether you’re seeking clarity for yourself, your child, or your relationships, these sessions provide a safe, affirming space to discover practical ways of moving through the world with more ease, compassion, and self-trust. The total cost for this series is $179.
