Neurodivergent Compass
This space is for individuals, parents, partners, caregivers, and professionals seeking deeper understanding, practical support, and compassion-centered approaches to neurodivergent lives and relationships.

Our Mission

We believe understanding changes everything.
Neurodivergent Compass exists to help individuals, parents, partners, and organizations better understand differently wired brains, nervous systems, relationships, and lived experiences — especially the struggles that often go unseen, misunderstood, or unsupported. Through lived experience, education, radical acceptance, and practical support, we help people move from confusion and self-blame toward deeper understanding, compassion, connection, and sustainable support.
Services
The Wired Differently series is a collection of coaching sessions and resources designed to help you understand and embrace your unique brain wiring. Each session blends practical strategies with radical acceptance, offering tools for regulation, relationships, and resilience. Rooted in lived experience and professional insight, this series is built to support late-diagnosed adults, parents, and partners in creating a life that feels both sustainable and authentic.
Our coaching sessions are designed for targeted problem-solving with a foundation of compassion and understanding. Rooted in lived experience, these sessions offer a space where you can unpack challenges, reframe struggles, and discover practical strategies that actually work for your life and brain. Each conversation blends validation, acceptance, and actionable tools — helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
At the heart of Neurodivergent Compass are resources created to guide, validate, and empower. From Living in a Straw House Built by Undiagnosed Neurodivergence — a memoir that blends raw storytelling with hard-won insight — to the From Straw House to Brick House workbook series, these tools offer education, reflection, and practical strategies. Whether you’re navigating your own neurodivergence, parenting, or supporting a partner, these resources help you move from surviving to building something stronger, brick by brick.
